Our new health courses went live on the Digital Champions Network on the 10th January.They were originally created in partnership with NHS England and have been updated and refreshed with the latest information and with new learning resources.
They cover everything from accessing NHS online services like the NHS App, to finding the best healthcare information and resources online. The courses also enable Champions, whether staff or volunteers, to support patients with specific needs, and to help those with limited English.
Our courses are designed with inclusive digital healthcare in mind. If you are tasked with implementing the framework for NHS action on digital inclusion and tackling health inequalities, we can help!
