We create compelling training content for clients who range from financial institutions to charities and local authorities. We make difficult subjects clear and interesting in ways that are accessible and inclusive.

Our expertise is in creating content...

  • That trains and engages.
  • That is genuinely interactive and uses a huge range of formats to keep learners hooked.
  • That makes technical or complex ideas accessible and engaging.
  • That can sit on multiple platforms in multiple formats and can be viewed on multiple devices and tailored to your branding and your language.
  • That can be CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited so you and your learners know it's valuable.
  • That can be based on our content we already have tailored to your audience and organisation. Or created with you to make something entirely new!

How we work

We started working in partnership with organisations like AbilityNet, Mencap and NHS England to make sure our own eLearning was informed by experts. We now create content for partners as well as with them - in formats that range from short written guides to sets of courses. Our process is modified from project to project but broadly follows these stages:

  • Discovery (objective setting, audience needs analysis, research and  content gathering, engagement planning)
  • High level design & storyboarding
  • Build & review
  • Launch
  • Measurement & reporting

We often work with organisations with multiple stakeholders and evolving aims. This process ensures you get content that fits your specifications and works for your audience.

Training on a specific subject

We created this 10 minute course with the West London Alliance to train their frontline staff on finding affordable internet deals and using social tariffs.

The process

The co-creation process involved seven local authorities and their umbrella organisation. Harriet Hungerford, Content Strategy and Delivery Lead, explains how it worked...

"How to use digital services" guides

Created for Good Things Foundation. They have lots of resources for people who are teaching themselves digital skills, but they wanted content to help trainers use these resources when helping others. The new content is accessible via their site and ours as free guides, and is promoted as a CPD certified course on the Digital Champions Network.

Courses for specific audiences

With Mencap and the UFI Voc Tech, we created courses to help people with a learning disability find work.

It was a full collaborative co-production process working with Rix Purple Stars, who are adults with learning disabilities, and their input ensured the content addressed the real needs of the community.

Training mapped to national standards

We've just finished a set of courses for Learning Pool around skills for the workplace.

These subjects are relevant to their clients, but we've also ensured each resource is mapped to the Essential Digital Skills for Work framework, which is becoming the industry standard for measuring skills development in the workforce.

Bespoke training to support digital transformation

NFU Mutual is an award-winning insurer. They are using Inspire, our digital inclusion awareness course, as part of wide reaching plans to up-skill staff and customers. Though white labelling is an option with our courses, this version goes beyond branding. It's redesigned to sit on their platform, and tailored around scenarios based on their language and common customer issues.

It has been a pleasure to work with Digital Unite developing a purpose built e-learning environment that enhances people’s knowledge and confidence of how to support people to use digital to increase their access to health services more effectively....

Digital Unite’s professionalism, enthusiasm and creativity have been key to making this project the success that it is.

Other models

We are always looking for new and collaborative ways to work with people. Content projects we're currently working on include a pilot scheme to modify Inspire for local authorities and an app to help people understand what happens to their medical data.

If you're interested in the work we've done and would like to do something similar, get in touch. If you'd like to do something completely different, get in touch too and we'll see if we can help!
