How to apply to the fund for Digital Champions Training

DSIT's Digital Inclusion Innovation Fund closes for applications on the 10th September. It's a tight timetable and there are criteria around what you can apply for. If you have an existing Champions-style project, you can apply for funding in category 1 which is about scaling and replicating best practice.

We know that this fund comes at a crucial time for lots of digital inclusion projects - with many at risk of closure if they can't find new funding. And we know that Digital Champions are one of the most effective, economical ways to combat digital exclusion. So having more Champions will make a big difference.

If you're thinking of applying for this and need help with evidencing, meeting the criteria or answering the questions, do get in touch.  We've been through the criteria in detail and we've drawn up practical, helpful guidance on how to apply, all backed up with facts and figures. Obviously, we'd love it if you were using our platforms and products to help run your project, but even if you're not, we're happy to help.

We know this is crunch time for lots of organisations  - but it's also a brilliant opportunity to fund projects tackling the digital divide and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.
