We won a Learning Pool Live Award for the Digital Champions Network! We're so pleased and proud!

Learning Pool run the platform that the new and improved Digital Champions Network sits on. Worldwide, there are more than 26 million active learners using their products, via more than 1500 organisations. So there are lots of ways you can adapt and create learning experiences with the platform, which is what we did when we moved the Network onto it at the start of the year. And why we won the Judges Award for Special Contribution. They say...

Digital Unite are on a mission to tackle to digital exclusion, empowering people to thrive in a digital world with their introduction of a Digital Champions Network - a complete eLearning programme combining champion training, project management and support aimed at volunteers and employees of their clients.  Using the Learning Pool platform has allowed Digital Unite to expand their reach and onboard 2,500 digital champions and double course completion. Improving digital inclusion has significant impacts - people are less lonely, can manage their health and wellbeing better and can save money.

We were in lovely company - other winners in included Amazon Web Services, the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and Aberdeenshire council. Some are in this picture along with two of us on the left, our Emma Weston in blue, and Harriet Hungerford in stripes.

Thanks to Learning Pool for the recognition and a massive well done to our DU colleagues who worked so hard on the project!
