Our latest case study is about a great digital transformation project run by ELFT (East London NHS Foundation Trust). It encourages service users to become Digital Champions (called "Digital Life Coaches"). They’re trained in a supportive, collaborative class-room based way. And they then go on to help others in their community get digital skills....
It really works because it genuinely collaborative and co-produced. It's all about supporting people through social and cohort based learning as they train to be Champions/ Life Coaches. And it has the capacity to reach "hard-to-reach" parts of the community that institutions struggle to help.
We love the way they've taken the Digital Champions Network and used it in their own way to fit their users.
We think there's lots of good learnings from what they're doing: full case study here.
