Like many organisations, we've been thinking about how we use AI.
We're all about digital skills. We like being agile and effective. We want to be ethical. But we're also a small organisation with limited resources. And AI is huge, complex and changing fast.
As an organisation ourselves, we've drawn up some principles and processes that should help us manage how we approach AI in our working lives. For transparency and JIC they're useful for anyone else, we've published them but we know it's not that interesting to that many people. Most people will be after clear advice on how to think about AI in their own organisations - and the are some we found particularly helpful.

For Champions and learners
We need to be thoughtful about how we use AI. But we also need to think about how Champions and learners can and should be using AI, and how our clients can support that.
We have created resources specifically for Champions, and we're looking at new learning pathways around AI for volunteers who want to help others. If you'd like to feed into this process or have resources you think we should include, please get in touch. It's really exciting to see how can innovate and collaborate to use digital for good.
