What we learnt about the process and product....

From July 2024-June 2025, we ran a co-development project with 5 public sector partners to tailor Inspire, our digital inclusion awareness training course, to meet their specific challenges and needs.

graphic showing that 95% would recommend, 88% increased understanding of digital inclusion and 93% were more likely to take action

It was a fascinating, challenging and rewarding process. What did we learn? A load of things - about relevance, data management, overcoming the challenges of selling pure "inclusion" to many councils and getting busy people to engage with one more campaign.

Above all we learnt that co-development is a brilliant process - and though it takes more time and energy - you end up with something so much better than anything you could create by yourself. Thanks as ever to our lovely partners from Newham, Barnet, Cambridgeshire and Essex Councils and Keele University.

We got some great feedback. It's great that people like and learn from the course but the most encouraging feedback is that it changes behaviour and inspires people to take action.
